She has started

It has been a long time since my sister borrowed money and she called tonight to borrow $100. When she called it was close to 11 so I am sure it's something she just found out about(?) but I know one thing if I do not have my money on Friday like she promised I am going to be annoyed because I should knoe better

    You're a brave woman. I wouldn't lend money to anyone I don't feel confident that they will pay back... even if it's family. That is, unless I am comfortable with the idea that I may never see that money again.

    This is a road you've been down before...you are a good sis to help again-- hopefully she will stick to her word and pay you back-- You have worked hard to achieve your financial position-- you have much you could teach your sis if she is open to hearing it...if not, I am sure you know to proceed with caution--you have worked too darn hard to give it away.     I was once told that the reason God prospers us was so we could bless someone else. Maybe along w/the $100.00, your sister will be blessed w/your financial wisdom.

    We have got to the point that if people start calling the house after a certain hour; that we don't answer. If it is important, they will leave a message. That was probably a bit late considering your schedule.

    There will be a time when you will have to say no and it has nothing with not loving people. As they say, you teach a man to fish and he will fish for himself or you can give a man fish and you will have to do it over and over and over and over. There's wisdom in that.
