On the flip side, when I got my current job a few years ago, I called my insurance agent to tell him I was no longer working from home and I gave him the address/town of my new employer. He said, oh, don't worry about it, it's not far enough to warrant the extra charge for commute (even though it's a 40-minute drive), so I'm not going to call in and make the change.
