One vote for "take them back". They say acknowledging' the problem is the first step. ;-) Cut the card up when you're done (AFTER you return the boots).

I'm not sure what VS stands for, other than maybe "Very exSpensive".

I don't know....I've had a pair of boots (not specific ones) on my mind for a year. I used Christmas money last year to get a small pair on sale, but.....I have been thinking again....larger ones? If it is something you've really wanted, if spending the money doesn't hurt you financially, if they are good quality.....it is hard to know if those you like will be on sale after Christmas or will be around still. Like I said, I don't know. I'm so new at this. Sometimes things are worth it, sometimes they aren't. I'm trying to learn the difference. What are you thinking about them?

$145 for boots? I third the "get the shoes back"... Is VS a secret? Wink

First, you have to ask yourself when you wanted to buy the boots and why. Also, sometimes when people feel deprived, they will go out and shop to make themselves feel good. It all depends on how long you wanted the boots. Maybe you could start a 20 dollar challenge and start saving for them. It might interest you to see how long it will take and whether the boots are worth it or not. Also we don't know what kind of boots they are. I'm with the rest here, I vote to return them.
