Bonus

Got another bonus Smile from my part-time job for $296 I am not sure if I should use it for CC or the challenge. Since I get get paid on Monday I was thinking to add it to my challenge, we will see

    How does an employeer arrive at a Bonus total of $296. It that after taxes or is it based on a % of something?

    It is not the company that is actually providing the bonus, see I work at a senior living facility part-time and all the residents donate 2% or more of their maintenance fee. Then that amount is divided amoung all the employees and the number of hours each person work. I still think that the amount is not correct but somethig is better than nothing. I actually added this amount (part of it) to my challenge so I reached my $7000 mark
