Woke up this morning and the only thing that was on my mind was going to the gym. I do not know if it is because this is all new to me and I am simply excited or what but I went anyway and am glad I did. I love the treadmill I did another 20 minutes, worked on my abs and legs again but this time I reduced my weights and was able to go a little further. Next week I meet with the personal trainor and he/she will set up a program for me to follow. So I am adding another $2 to my challenge for the gym.

    Fantastic Amber! That was a good idea to reduce the weights you were lifting. Slightly lighter weights help to build endurance, whereas the heavier you go the less reps you can do (until you've built up to it) and its more for bulk (although women really can't get 'bulk' per se.)

    yeah that's great! i like those moments when i'm excited to exercise. it happens more and more lately Smile so when you feel like doing it, it's only a plus for your health so make sure you race out and do it!
