I was unable to pack lunch today because my uncle ate all the left overs which I was not aware so I ended up buying lunch costing me $9.89 so I paid $19.78 on the BoA CC for my challenge. I have decided that when ever I eat out I am doubling this amount and paying down my cc which is part of my challenge. Oh well

I always pack my lunch, too, but when I occasionally order out, it is usually for a sandwich or Chinese food, usually $5 or so. The lunch specials at the Chinese restaurant near my office are either $4.10 or $4.35. I'll do that as a treat maybe once every month or two.

maybe you should try having some stuff in the pantry that is cheap (2 minute noodles anyone?) but that you can take to work at the last minute if you run out of 'real' food. that's what my BF does. he pays 68c for packets of noodles and he has them in the pantry for when he gets up late and cant make himself a salad.
i'd say if i ate lunch out the total would probably come to about $15. :S
