Is it pay day?

March 31st, 2011 at 05:35 pm

Well today was payday and after paying all my bills with exception of one( have to pay when I get home) it doesn't feel like pay day. I was however able to transfer $ 25 to my EF Wink an extra $2 on the cc balance and $2 for savings toward my challenge, so not too bad.

I like your strategy of paying extra on your credit card as often as possible. It's money you didn't spend that day, is that correct? Do you pay online?

Thanks a bunch. Yes, when ever I pack my lunch, eat breakfast at home or prepare dinner I pay myself $2 each which averages about $6 a day. So what I do is split the funds 3-ways, $2 on the CC debt, $2 to savings and $2 to my personal savings (money I use on me, i.e pedicures, a dress). In the past by doing this I paid over $10,000 in debt off in like a year. It worked for me and made me think twice about eating out which would cost close to $20 a day if I wasn't careful. Also if I eat out I pay the same amount spent on my cc, so for dinner I spent $3 this amount will also be added to cc debt
