I did it!

July 2nd, 2017 at 04:48 am

I did it, I've paid off CC2 a total of $656.00.

I thought that I wouldn't be able to, but after my fiancΓ© gave me his portion of the bills, I was able to take care of it.

Though my savings isn't that great, just having the CCs paid off makes a huge difference. I feel somewhat free. I say somewhat because I have so many others to pay off.

Now it's off to CC number three, I've already set up the weekly payment of $20 the begin next week.

I'm so happy you all wouldn't believe it.

Delighted fiancΓ© was able to put together his contribution to utilities which in turn gave you the funds to confidently pay the remaining balance of CC 2. What's the next target?

SNAFU the next target is CC3, it's a furniture credit card with a balance of about $1700. The goals is to have it paid off by November. I'm following the Dave Ramsey debt snowball steps, paying off the CC with the lowest balance first, taking what I use to pay (extra) on the CC and adding it to the next one.

That's great, Amber. Don't forget to update your side bar, too.
