last I saw it was 19 children and 2 adults...so sad...the US has apparently had more shootings then there has been days in the year...honestly the world just looks at the US and thinks "look another mass shooting" we just aren't stunned or anything anymore it is just a part of everyday life there...it's just so sad...I just can't fathom that happening here...it has been like 26 years since we had a mass shooting...I just can't imagine not being able to go grocery shopping or sending our kids to school and knowing that they might be shot...I just can't imagine it
It breaks my heart. Schools should be safe places. I taught in the inner city and we were locked down quite a few times, but even so, I never really felt safe. I think schools are going to have to change their security measures to keep up with the crazies who want to get in and do harm.
100% you can be pro-gun and yet pro gun control. but apparently if you want to have any sort of limits you can't be pro gun. The irony that that NRA is having their annual meeting in 2 days in Houston and Governor Abbott and Ted Cruz are speaking at it. Hypocrites. saving you are so sad for families and not doing a damn thing about it.
