My favorites on internet explorer is not working so I can not bookmark any pages...any suggestions

When I click on favorites all my favorites are gone and I can not add to it, just blank

Do you have different logins for your computer? Have you made any recent changes? Sorry I can't help much - you could try googling for it. And here is a pretty useful article on general troubleshooting, IMO:

Did you try reinstalling Explorer? (You'd need to download and reinstall.) Sounds like it has somehow gotten corrupted. I prefer to use Firefox an also recommend it but some web-based programs at the university require Explorer. Good luck.

Actually I did try reinstalling but no luck, For some strange reason it was moved and filed under programs. But I went ahead and downloaded Firefox, I like it
