Is someone who attempts to count my money. I'm home practicing using Excel and my BF comes home and says, " I don't have any money you need to take her(his daughter) to get some tights tomorrow, I'll give it back to you"
First of all don't tell me what I need to do, second of all I don't jump when a kid says they need something at the last minute, and lastly what makes you think I have money.
I was so annoyed I could scream but you better believe he is going to hear about once I calm down.
Rude just rude. I am so annoyed I can scream.

So no, BF doesn't tell you what you need to do. He is free to ask if you will please take his daughter to buy some tights. You can say yes or no, it is your decision.
Set boundaries about money, too. If you are keeping finances separate, then he needs to plan ahead for his daughter's needs. That's what responsible parents do. He doesn't get to be broke then expect you to cover what his daughter needs until it is convenient for him to pay you back.
