Finally!

My attorney stated she’s been trying to contact me with no luck, and wanted to let me know my jerk of a brother has decided to drop the lawsuit.

Thank you Jesus !

    @Lots of Idea, I have a refund of about $2,000; however, I’ve been holding off transferring my dad’s truck until everything with my brother ended. So I’ll be using this to get it done and what ever the difference I’ll get it back.

    @Crazylady no court fees were paid, however, my attorney recommended not going after him for the minimal amount paid to her. She stated it would cost more just to do the filings etc. so I’m okay with it.

    Lastly, thanks everyone for your words of motivation and support while I dealt with this.
