Thus far this week I have paid almost $100 on my cc, not just in $2 but doubling up when I did dine out in addition to the $2 for going to the gym. I was on the treadmill for minutes and managed to beat my last distance; in addition, I upped my weights for my abs work out. I do not know if it is because this is all new to me and I am simply excited or what but I went anyway and am glad I did. I love the treadmill I did another 20 minutes, worked on my abs and legs again but this time I reduced my weights and was able to go a little further. Next week I meet with the personal trainor and he/she will set up a program for me to follow. So I am adding another $2 to my challenge for the gym. $20 challengeDecember 13th, 2008 at 07:40 amIt amazes me that when I am not blogging here I am not saving...any how went to the gym today so I am adding $2 to my challenge. You know I feel really good even though I did not do too much (first time at a gym) I was on the treadmill for 20 minutes and after I got off I was a little dizzy. But then I worked on my abs and the flexion machine, boy I just realized how weak my legs are...really weak. I plan on going back late tomorrow night again.
