Saw the doc today and it is official I have high blood pressure and was given BP pills. He wants me to have a series of test for the hot flashes that I am having, and as far the pressure goes he wants me to excercise a little more (being that I don't ) so I will hit the bike at work every day for 10 minutes and will definatley start watching my sodium intake

just wanted to tell every one thanks, and give you a heads up. I am seeing the doctor tommorrow; my pressure did go down but I am still going because of the slight headaches

Lately I have not been feeling well, last night I got up to take a shower and could hardly stand up; I felt faint

The nurse at my part time job took my BP which was 145/90, I don't know why and today I have a terrible headache but I have to drag myself to class

I will definately keep an eye on my pressure and make sure to get into the MD next week

I fogot to post about this, my tooth that cost me about $1000 is now loose and of course the dentist can't save it and it will cost me $2040 (minus the $1000 break she gave me ) for a bridge. You have got to be kidding me was all I could think of, why didn't she tell me all this before I spent money I really did not have. I go back on the 31st for a crown and will speak to her then about this $4000 tooth...that just sucks

I am 33 and lately at night I am either sweating to death or freezing, could I actually be going through the changes? Is this normal for my age? This is insane, I hate feeling like this

$370 at the dentist today another root canal Also the tooth that I spent over $600 to fix the crown is loose and the dentists states she could not save it...why wasn't I told before I wasted over $600. Now she wants to give me a bridge for $2040+ um I do not think so I'd rather pull and eat on one side, this is just crazy. It will cost me another $300+ once my crown comes in; oh dear oh dear

Well I go in tomorrow for my 3 month check up with the doctor wish me luck, lately everything has been ok. Well I am in for a fight tomorrow because the idiots had me scheduled on the 17th as well as the 26th and according to the MD policy they will charge $25 for appoints that are not canclled. We'll see, because I am not paying it and if they insist I will walk out and find another doc. I really like my doctor but her staff is a bunch of idiots

Well went to the dentist and it only (yeah right only) cost me $300. I actually budgeted $330 so I saved $30 and I am adding only $15 to the challenge because I spent the other $15 at the grocery store

New total $1893.25

Well I heard from my mechanic and it will cost about $438 to get my a/c fix and I am dropping it off tomorow...it's just to hot in FL with out a/c. Next I have a dentist appointment to have my crown put on, that is another $330 so my little EF will be depleted.

The only good news is that I can pay cash and added $3.56 to my challenge today brining my new total to $1878.25

$330 later I am still none done with the dentist, this was only half for my crown. I wil have to pay another $330 in two weeks; of course this came out of my EF no way was I going to put this on a cc. What I can tell you is take care of your teeth because going to the dentist is sooooooooooooooo expensive

Ok my day is starting off bad. Just woke up(late) so that I can make it to my follow-up eye appointment, well my uncle is parked behind me. So I grab his keyes to move his car and guess what it won't start this is the second appointment I missed darn it. MY mom is not here neither his he so I am stuck.

OK I go to the pharmacy to pick up my meds, when I get there I am told it will be a few minutes so I say ok. Well the girl comes back stated my total was $41.99 I say ok because I have a new prescription which was a brand. So I get both meds and am about to leave so I decide to look at the pharmacy slip both meds are generic and I should be charged $15 so I ring the buzzer let the girl know and send everything back now I am at the drive through for at least an half hour. Now the pharmacist comes up and state one of my, meds was too soon to fill I tell her I know but because they filled anyway I was picking up but I do not want if I have to pay full price I can wait. She says we will issue you a refund, another 15 minutes goes by I get a bag with a receipt and my card as well as my prescription. Now I have to go back even though I was not charged and return the medication what a nightmare

Ok I goy a call from the MDs office my paps was positive so now I have to go in for another test, keep your fingers crossed. This has happened before and the test camr back negative. So I am hoping and praying again

My prescription for glasses did not change so I get to keep my current glasses for another year at least, that saved me some money. The eye exam itself cost me $99 not too bad and I went back to cheaper contacts every thing worked out today for the best

Went to the doctor's today for my 3 month check up anyhow no one was there. so I waited about 20 minutes incase the doc had an emergency but now one showed. So I am came home and called the office and the girl answers to tell me that my appointment was at the other office in two cities away in which I have never gone to (you would think they would question that) then she says to me oh that is why I can not find your chart. Then I said to her I hope i will not be charged the $25 fee for not showing, she had the nerve to place me on hold to check I thought it should have been an immediate no. I am just upset you would think I would get a break on my next visit but noooooo I still have to pay my copay

two months later and the doctor's office finally cashed my check. My...i wonder why it took them so long. I was going crazy trying to keep my check book balance. next time I am paying cash

I check the bank an dmy $10 check to the MD's office still has not cleared. It's been over 45 days, how long will they have to cash this check before the bank will not accept. I know that business checks are between 90-180 days but a personal check I am not sure of. This is so annoying. I will be calling them as well.

I called the doctor's office today regarding my lab test every thing is ok but the $10 check since October 19th has not cleared yet. When I spoke with the biller he could have cared less, he actually stated he received my check but may not have cashed it (?) I thought can you dounle check because I would like to balance my account and have all outstanding transactions taken care of. So I guess I will be following up with him next week

I forgot to call my doctor regarding my test results due to this mess at my part-time job all week. I also forgot to pick up my medication so tomorrow I will be picking them up...I am so upset right now. I just hope every thing works out and my test results are negative

This is more of a reminder for myself than an actual blog, but I have to contact teh MD regarding my lab results it's been two weeks and nothing...I am a little concer because she found some abnormal cells. You would think they would call and say something

I am trying to balance my check book, which I do at least once a week and a check that was given to my doctor's office on 10/19 has not cleared. The manager/biller acknowledge a couple of weeks ago that he received my check, so I am wondering why it has not cleared. Now I will have to give them a buzz tomorrow...this just annoys me

Previously I was paying $10.00 for generic meds now I go to the pharmacy today only to be told "$31.63 please" of course I am like excuse me well under my insurance, the plan has increase the cost of generic over brand i just do not get it. But I immediately informed the pharmacist to give me the brand. I wonder why that is?

I got my test results from the Colposcopy (biopsy) and it was negative...I ham like so happy. Just wanted to thank every one for their prayers and support. I have to go back in 3 months though

Well today I had the Colpscopy done, it wasn't as painfull as I thought it would be but I will not know anything until about the 17th , However, just wanted to thank everyone for your prayers.

Remember the $20.0 I was over charged at the MD's office, well the billing manager I spoke to On Tuesday had no clue, but I quickly reminded him I had a $20.00 credit and that I spoke with him and there was no way I was paying $40.00 well he straighten it out, seems like there is always a problem with him

Well tomorrow I go back to the MD for my byopsy and I am a little nervous but I am going to put it in God's hands. Iam also meeting with the advisor at the college because a class here and there is not cutting it so I am ready to buckle down and make things happen

Normally I get my EOB's from the insurnce company and never look at them, any way just read mine and the MD office over charged me by $20.00. If you remembered they also charged me $20.00 for not cancelling an appointment, since I am going in again on Thursday for an Colposcopy I ask that they just credit me the funds. So what I budgeted to spend this week ($40.00) I can just hold on to it

MD called my paps came back abnormal so I�ll see her next week ($40.00) for additional tests. I hope it�s not cancer L so keep me in mind

Oh boy yesterday I spent $60.00 in non cancellation fees at the doctor. One I know I did not cancel costing my $40.00 the other I did cancel costing me $20.00. The girl stated I did not it was my word against hers of course, but you better rest a sure this will not happen again.
